How receipts work

A receipt is the confirmation document Clemion can issue after a payment is recorded.

  1. 1

    A payment is recorded

This happens when you register a payment manually or when a client pays an invoice by card.

  2. 2

    Clemion can issue a receipt

If receipts are enabled for that invoice, Clemion creates a receipt linked to the payment.

  3. 3

    The client can view it

The receipt can appear in the Client Hub so the client has a record of what they paid.

  4. 4

    You keep the same record

The receipt stays with the invoice in your workspace. You can open it from the invoice or from Receipts.
