What is deleted, retained, and when
After you confirm self-service deletion in the app or web account settings, Clemion removes your authentication account, profile details, account records and settings, documents and forms, known user-owned uploaded files, historical account content still stored with your account, and active public sharing links from active systems.
Some information may be retained where the law or legitimate financial obligations require it—for example, billing or transaction records held by payment providers (Stripe, Apple, or Google) under their own retention rules. Clemion does not control those provider records.
Encrypted backups may still contain deleted data until those backups expire through their normal rotation cycle; backup erasure is not immediate. Legally required records are kept only for the periods applicable to each obligation. For more detail, see the Privacy Policy.
